Robyn Rihanna Fenty, often known as Rihanna by the Barbadians is a singer/songwriter. Her hits are Pon de Replay, SOS Umbrella, and Take a Bow. In her prime, Rihanna has become one of the music's top artists. Her parents are from Barbados She began singing in the early years of her life. After being disturbed by the chaotic nature of her home life and constant battles with her father she was absorbed in the world of music. Soon after, she discovered she was meant to become an accomplished professional. While still in highschool she was a part of a band group and was asked to perform to be a part of Evan Rodgers. The producer was extremely impressed by the ability of this girl. He requested that she move to New York and pursue a professional singing career. Rihanna happily accepted. Rihanna quickly became a star after her debut release. The singer was popular among the youth for her peppy dance music, which was a hit. It led to her taking up directing. She's now a teen idol and model. Rihanna makes good use of her celebrity and has been able to support various charitable causes.
