List includes English, Welsh and Aries roots. Her interest in acting was first triggered as was her modeling modelling career as a young model. List started out her acting career in 2002. Her modeling career began in 2009. List appeared in the soap As the World Turns (2002) as Bess on All My Children (2004) as well as the character of a teenage Jane Nichols, in 27 Dresses, (2008).
